The Ebner travel team consists of permanently employed bus pilots with many years of experience in long-distance travel. All of our drivers have their “own” buses known intimately to them because they travel with them the year round. This means they are captains of the highway with perfect knowledge of the bus they drive and can thus ensure the safety and well-being of our customer passengers. Our bus pilots are in a continuous training process and have high motivation levels. The continuous training comprises driver safety exercises on the practice grounds of the Austria Automobile Association ÖAMTC where driving in extreme situations is trained and put to the test. Ebner Reisen also organises training courses in the field of customer relations management and places major emphasis on training in how to respond to and deal with customers.
In addition to the service provided by the authorised workshops, our experienced team of mechanics deals with servicing and maintenance – a task tackled together with the drivers themselves. Safety checks are carried out at regular intervals at the authorised workshops. Personal service is a central issue – this is regarded as an automatic obligation by this private company – and has top priority. Not only our employees – who have years of loyal service to Ebner Reisen behind them – but the proprietor family, too, are committed to fulfilling all customer wishes.
